I am looking for a Frame 5 TURBINE SUPERVISOR for our re-commissioning / maintenance project on block 3 in Angola (offshore, Rota 4*4, 3 yrs duration). You will :
– Be responsible for the Ops and Maintenance of the Turbo-generator and Turbo Compressors from L1 to L3 maintenance tasks preparation/performance and from L4 to L5 for site maintenance preparation. Lead interventions using the CMMS and checks intervention reports in the CMMS, write technical ones related to your field, identify recurrent corrective maintenance interventions, analyses them and suggests improvements.
– Participate in major overhauls including major work on turbines and compressors. Carry out all re-commissioning work including resetting and calibrating equipment, conduct checks and routine maintenance.
– Interface with Onshore support team for spare parts and materials, ensure work orders are completed as scheduled and that all details of work carried out are entered into the maintenance log and UNISUP.
– Perform hands on repair and maintenance routines in time, combustion inspection activities, boroscopic inspection, online/offline water washing, and gas turbine alignment. Maintains the history of maintenance records.
