Job description:
Role and responsibilities:
- Installs, tests and repairs new and reworked TechnipFMC products (equipment and tools).
- Establishes and maintains communication with Customer Representative on issues related to his/her perimeter (job installation/testing procedures, equipment, tooling and spare parts requirements, equipment and tooling function-fit and critical technical data)
- Provides sales support ensuring the customer is fully informed of all aspects of the job
- Assures all quality issues and documentation (equipment and procedural defects) is communicated and sent back to Company’s Service Management
- Completes field documentation after the completion of each service job
- Provides Project Support as required, for all new projects which includes assisting with project Factory Acceptance Tests and Systems Integration Testing
- Prepares and completes safety related documentation. Pursues safe work practices

Location: Oman – Muscat
You are meant for this job if:
- High school diploma or equivalent technical diploma
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field service technician role
- Good English language in writing and verbally.
- Able to perform moderate complex calculations.
- Ability to use and understand technical tools and instruments and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Computer skills: Competent and familiar with MS Office applications and email package(s).
