FAcADE DESIGNER: Min 3-5 yrs.exp in Prepare detailed engtheering drawthgs for aluminium St glazthg wort. by reviewing structural and architectural drawings. Ensure structural checks done with Structural Dept. for all the related details. Prepare • fabrication drawings and cutting list of profit., glass, steel work orders a. material indents.
DRAFTSMAN – ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY: Min 3, Yrs. Exp in Aluminium Facades projects. Well exposure in AutoCAD, 3D view presentation and Revit software with knowled, of wind load 8r Structural calculation. •
ESTIMATOR – JOINERY: Min 3-5 Yrs. Er, in Joinery/ Furniture industries. Evaluate of tenders and enquires. Allocate pro, over head for the project on cost estimation.
▪ SALES MANAGER – GLASS: •Min 5-8Yrs Exp in Glass Industry sales .Capable of handlirrg Trade Division and manage the team of Glass, Sales. Must have Valid Qatar driving license.
ESTIMATOR CIVIL: Min 3-5 Yrs. Exp in the field of civil estimation. Identify labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, s,ifications, arid related document.,
▪ ESTIMATOR ELECTRICAL: •Min 3-5 YTS. Exp in the field of electrical estimation Determine the amount, type, and cost of materials and fbdures needed for each electrical project.
RECEPTIONIST – FEMALE / MALE: Min 2-3 Yrs. Exp in handling reception/ front desk. Should have good communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Professional attitude arid appearance.
+ REAL ESTATE COORDINATOR: •Min 3-5 Yrs. Exp in property files and appropriate records of holdings and transactions related to real estate. Must be aware about all real estate operations, maintain bookkeeping system to account for real estate thcome and expendi-tures; process and maintain purchasing and accounting ream. etc.
LEGAL ASSISTANT/ COORDINATOR: Good Knowledge of Arabic with mth 2-3 Yrs. Err,/ . Collect, examine, and organize evidence and other legal docu-ments for attorney review and case preparation. Draft and proofread correspondence and legal documents, such as •pleadings and contracts. Research regulations, laws, and legal articles to assist with the preparation of reports, case files, and legal advice. Manage, organize, and maintain documen. in paper or electronic filing systems.
CAMP BOSS: Min 5 Yrs. Er, in handling camp of large manpower with leadership quality, commandthg power, ready to work under pressure. Well versed with MS Office, Excel, and Outlook etc. Should be able to speak multi-languages.
• HEAVY DRIVE. Must have valid Qatar drivthg licence (Heavy Du(y) and good knowledge about all roads in Qatar. and thterested to drive all type of Buses.
GANTRY CRANE OPERATORS: I) Candidate must have more than 3+ Yrs. of Er, as lac Crane or Gantry Crane Operator (MANUAL). He must be at least 12th pass. Educational gr Experience certificates are highly required. Candidate can able to communicate in English Sr Hindi.
