Higher education (University degree or higher) in the relevant speciality and not less than 7 years of work experience as per speciality or secondary professional education and not less than 9 years of work experience in production activity control.
- Decrees, resolutions, orders, technical procedures related to commissioning work issues;
- Principal production processes of the venture:
- Technical characteristics, design philosophy, purpose and operating mode of equipment, operation manuals;
- Methods of installation, adjustment and setting of equipment;
- Instruments of measurement and devices used for checks, setting and testing of operating equipment;
- Procedure and methods of planning of installation, setting and testing;
- Management of installation, setting and repair works, testing and maintenance of equipment;
- Advanced national and foreign experience in commissioning sector;
- Procedure of budgeting, purchase orders for equipment, materials, spare parts, instruments;
- Procedure of development and completion of engineering documentation;
