Job Title – QHSE Advisor

Job Purpose

To provide QHSE Advice and guidance to the Business in implementing Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental objectives and standards.

Accountabilities or Responsibilities

Provide QHSE functional support to the business.
Support client audits.
Take an active role in internal QHSE Committees.
Provide monthly and quarterly QHSE reports.
Support the EnerMech QHSE initiatives including behavioral safety.
Carry out trend analysis.
Coordinate the health surveillance process, including Noise, Display Screens and HAVS etc.
Support the business units in the achievement of QHSE objectives.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills

The ideal candidate must have the following:

NEBOSH Certificate.
Understanding ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards.
Experience of responding to incidents and management of change.
Experience of incident investigation.
Experience of conducting QHSE audits internal and external.
Good communicator.
Good working knowledge of risk assessment processes.

It would be preferred for the ideal candidate to have a working knowledge of completing QHSE information for tenders.
It would be preferred for the individual to be trained in root cause analysis techniques, have good administration skills and task focused approach and have the ability to produce procedures.
